YEREVAN. – Armenian capital city Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan met with a group of representatives from the Hyundai Motor Company.  

Introducing the concept for developing Yerevan’s transit system, Margaryan stressed that the city’s public transport minibuses are continuing to be replaced by buses, Yerevan Municipality Information and Public Relations Department informs. “Some public transport companies have applied to Hyundai company to acquire new buses, and it is important that they are imported to Yerevan and put into service according to schedule,” the Mayor noted.  

In his turn, Hyundai Motor Company’s CIS and Central Europe Department Chief Roy Kwon assured that the company will do everything within its power to carry out the shipment according to schedule. “Yerevan is a good partner for us, and we hope to develop relations,” Kwon said.
