STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan attended, on Sunday in Shushi city, official opening of the new building of the NKR Culture and Youth Affairs Ministry

Sahakyan underscored the transferring of different institutions to Nagorno-Karabakh’s ancient cultural capital city considering this a significant factor for the further development of Shushi. He stressed that this will also contribute to the protection of NKR’s historical buildings, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informs.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, and several other officials also attended the event.
