Andorra took over the chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe on Friday, which will last till next May. Armenia will follow Andorra and will chair CoE Committee of Ministers for next six months after May, 2013.
Education in human rights sphere, democracy and the rule of law, the Council of Europe essential values, are among the top priorities of Andorran Chairmanship in the Committee of Ministers.
The Andorran Chairmanship will carry out a number of activities related to education for democratic citizenship and human rights, with a particular focus on youth.
