YEREVAN. - Ten thousand new jobs will be created in Armenia in 2013. Finance Minister Vache Gabrielyan stated this on Monday, at the National Assembly plenary session, when presenting the draft 2013 State Budget and in response to Prosperous Armenia Party MP Mikayel Melkumyan’s query as to how many jobs will be created in the country as a result of the Government’s export-oriented industrial policy.

Gabrielyan said ten thousand is the total number of jobs to be created in the economic sector, but, at present, it is impossible to give an exact estimate as to which branches of economy these jobs will encompass.
