YEREVAN. – Chief of Police Service of the Republic of Armenia Vladimir Gasparyan received on Wednesday the U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern, police press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Chief of Police touched upon the productivity of works of new units for the protection of public order. The U.S. ambassador got interested in the reforms realized in the Road Police. Gasparyan stated that simultaneously with the reforms, a video surveillance is installed in the capital city and in the highways, while the Road Police will soon change into Patrol Police.
