YEREVAN. – Head of Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Gagik Tsarukyan is not only an oligarch, he is rather a criminal oligarch, representative of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) and former political prisoner Vardan Malkhasyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

However, he stated that he welcomes the opportunity of the consolidation among ANC, PAP and another parliamentary opposition parties, including ARF Dashnaktsutyun. At the same time, he claimed that he did not consider Tsarukyan as a joint presidential candidate.

“Gagik Tsarukyan as a king of the state does not correspond to the office. I will tell you a simple thing: head of the state must know the history of Armenia,” Malkhasyan stated.
