YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan issued on Thursday passports of the Republic of Armenia in the solemn ceremony to the spiritual leader of the Armenian Catholic Church in Armenia, Georgia, Russia and the Eastern Diocese Archbishop Rafael Minasyan and the Vicar General of the Congregation of Mkhitarian Supreme Master Vahan Ohanian.

Under the permission of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, the Minister is allowed to issue passports to the most significant figures of the Armenian nation, ministerial press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
