YEREVAN. – Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan received a delegation led by Chairman Viktor Khristenko of the Eurasian Economic Commission Board. The parties discussed the cooperation between Armenia and the Commission.

The interlocutors reflected on the regional integration processes, including the Customs Union, the Government press service informs.   

Khristenko presented the ongoing processes and the legal and contractual framework along the lines of the Customs Union.   

Reflecting on Armenia’s European integration processes, Sargsyan noted that the talks on the establishment of the Armenia-EU Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Zone are in progress, and that Armenia envisions finishing these talks in the coming year.  

The Premier stressed that Armenia is interested in the integration processes and observes them from the vantage point of complementing one another.
