Thomas Melia, the US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, has arrived in Armenia.
The US Embassy in Armenia had informed earlier that Melia will pay a visit to Armenia within the framework of the Embassy initiatives devoted to Human Rights Day. And during his meetings with Armenia’s senior officials, political leaders and civil society representatives, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State will discuss human rights and democracy issues.
