YEREVAN. - On December 17 the Director of Development of the Ameria Company Tigran Jrbashyan, on presentation, organized by the French Development Agency (AFD) said that the three-year demand for mortgage lending in Armenia is $730 million. The agency is going to consider a number of projects in Armenia, including mortgage financing.

According to Jrbashyan, approximately $350 million of the amount is from buying apartments, while $38 million comes from renovation. The results were obtained through a survey of 1,020 respondents in 10 cities of Armenia.
