YEREVAN. – Armenia does not desire to promote migration from the country or from Diaspora, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan told in an interview to Russia 24 TV channel.

Sargsyan also stated that demography and migration are indeed serious issues not only for Armenia but for other states as well.

He claimed that he has no intentions to limit the free movement of people despite that. The solution of the problem is the establishment of the conditions, which Armenia lacks, hence Armenians seek to obtain those conditions in other countries.

Regarding Diaspora, Armenian has no intentions to promote migration, for example, among Armenian community of Syria, as well.
