YEREVAN. – Five people died in a major accident in Armenia on Wednesday. The accident occurred on Yerevan-Hankavan road, Hrazdan police informs Armenian News-NEWS.am information analytic agency.

According to police, the BMW and GAZ-24 vehicles crashed each other, while only GAZ-24 driver 24-year-old Avetik Panosyan survived. The rest of the passengers, including 54-year-old Hratchik Panosyan and 24-year-old year Geghanush Arakelyan died at the site.

The BMW driver 44-year-old Hovhannes Khachatryan and passengers, including 24-year-old Hayk Khachatryan and 27-year-old Anahit Brsoyan died as well as a result of the crash.
