Russian Federation (RF) President Vladimir Putin approved the RF Government’s proposal to conduct talks toward signing an agreement on developing militaro-technical cooperation with Armenia.
The respective document is posted on the official portal of legal information, RIA Novosti News Agency of Russia reports.
According to the President’s instructions, once the negotiations come to an end, Russia is ordered to sign an agreement with Armenia.
