STEPANAKERT.- President of the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the NKR Supreme Court, where he attended the festive event dedicated to the day of the workers of judicial system.

In his speech the President underlined that judiciary is the most significant institutions of the democratic system and civil society, without which it is impossible to consider contemporary civilized state. According to Bako Sahakyan, public trust, securing equal rights to a great extent depends on the effective functioning of the judiciary.

Bako Sahakyan underscored importance of improving the skills of the personnel, holding trainings.
