YEREVAN.- Armenia’s police have issued the final voter list 30 days ahead of the presidential vote.

The number of voters registered in Armenia totals 2.507.960, police said in a statement.

Armenia will hold presidential election on February 18. The pre-election campaign kicks off next week.

In a recent statement PACE pre-electoral delegation expressed concern over “continuing substantial inaccuracies in the voter list.”

Eight candidates have been registered by Central Electoral Commission They are incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan, leader of Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian, chairman of Freedom Party Hrant Bagratyan, head of opposition National Self-Determination Union (NSU) Paruyr Hayrikyan , foreign Karabakh FM Arman Melikyan, unemployed epos specialist Vardan Sedrakyan, head of National Accord party Aram Harutunyan and director of Radio Hay Andreas Ghukasyan.
