YEREVAN. – Armenian Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan has rejected the fact disseminated by the media outlets that he has allegedly distributed the Ministry employees some papers for filling them in, the Ministry informed Armenian News-NEWS.am adding the Minister hardly will make such an illogical and absurd initiative.

“It is obvious that the author or the authors of the letter aim at discrediting the election process, while if that person’s alarm indeed corresponds to reality, the guilty will be punished by the law,” the Ministry claims.

To note, the media outlets have disseminated a letter, which read that one of the employees of the Ministry claims that the Minister Tovmasyan had ordered to fill in a paper with the passport details of their families, otherwise they would be fired. The reason was the upcoming presidential elections and through this paper the Ministry will have those people’s data who allegedly are obliged to vote for the incumbent President and a next presidential nominee Serzh Sargsyan.
