ALEPPO. – An Armenian was killed Wednesday in the Armenian-populated Nor Kiugh district of Aleppo, Syria. Press secretary Jirair Reisian of the National Primacy of Aleppo of the Armenian Apostolic Church told this Armenian News-NEWS.am.       

In his words, the victim was Antranig Avedissian, 60, who was an ordinary craftsman.  

Also, Reisian informed that the current situation at the Armenian district of Aleppo is much calmer than the other districts. But power outages continue on a regular basis, and the telephonic and Internet links break down.
