YEREVAN. – Elections are a test, a distinctive maturity check, for the society. The ruling Republican Party presidential candidate, incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan said this Friday during his talk with the voters in capital city Yerevan. 

In his words, the previously hidden phenomena can be followed during elections. Reflecting on Armenia’s political arena, the presidential contender noted that it corresponds to the overall development of the country.

In his words, there is no lack of political figures in the country, but some of them think that they can get ratings by solely criticizing the authorities.  

“The [political] opposition certainly must criticize, but the criticism must be constructive, it must help correct the shortfalls,” Serzh Sargsyan stressed.
