GYUMRI. - In most countries, politicians do not speak for human rights, but think only about seizing the power, Armenian presidential candidate said on Wednesday.

Paruyr Hayrikyan claims his main goal is to provide a tool for people to create their own future.

Chairman of the Union for National Self-Determination held a campaign meeting with voters in Gyumri, Armenia’s second largest city.

“This is a model of modern democracy. More specifically, in six months I will implement constitutional reforms,” he said, Armenian News - NEWS.am correspondent reports from Shirak Region.

“Armenia will no longer have a president. We will have a prime minister and deputy prime minister,” he said.
