YEREVAN.- Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said Georgia is a good example for those who have tried to prove that the president and prime minister being in the same party will have a negative effect on the country. This Saturday, at the last meeting with voters in the election campaign in the administrative district of Yerevan Kentron, the presidential candidate and incumbent President of Armenia, commenting on the situation in Georgia, said that “the most important guarantee of the country’s success is its stability.”

“Affiliation to the same party is not, of course, a key to success, and belonging to different political parties does not imply hostility. Although, by and large, it is what happens. The most important key to success is country’s stability,” he said.

February 16, is the last day of the Armenian election campaign, presidential elections will be held on February 18.
