STEPANAKERT.- The cases of ceasefire violation have been intensified at the line of contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces in recent days.

Only in the period of February 16-18, more than 1,500 shots were fired in the direction of Karabakh positions, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army press service reports.

To resist active ceasefire violations, the Defense Army units took retaliatory measures and confidently carried out their military turn of duty along the entire length of the line of contact.
