YEREVAN. - The hotline of Armenian Ombudsman’s office received 129 calls from voters on February 18 from 8 am. to 7 pm.
According to the report, in some cases, the office staff had to provide legal advice to the voters, and if necessary, rapid response team of the Ombudsman went to the scene. 29 such cases have been registered. Statistics of received reports will be presented in summary on February 19.
The report also says that 22 mobile groups from Office of Armenian Human Rights Defender monitored both in the capital and regional polls. It is also noted that in the period from January 21 to February 18, 63 calls regarding the presidential elections were received by the hotline of the ombudsman’s office.
