YEREVAN. - The recount of ballots in three polling stations did not lead to significant changes in the voting results, Armenian CEC Secretary Arman Smbatyan informed in a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am.

According to Smbatyan, in N2 constituency recount was conducted at two polling stations: 2/5, 2/3, at N3 constituency, the recount was conducted at the request of the chairman of the polling station 3/33.

“As a result of recounting the ballots, the number of candidates’ votes has changed only by two or three votes: there are no significant changes,” Smbatyan said.

He also said that the trustees of Serzh Sargsyan and Raffi Hovannisian demanded a recount in N5 and N2 constituencies respectively, as they were not present during the counting of votes, but their claims were not substantiated, and counting was not implemented.
