YEREVAN.- The format of covering presidential meetings is always defined in advance, spokesperson for Armenian President said.

Armen Arzumanyan commented on coverage of the Thursday meeting between Serzh Sargsyan and Raffi Hovannisian.

“The format of covering the meeting with Mr. Hovannisian was discussed beforehand. The format of covering the event by president’s personal cameraman and Hovannisian’s cameraman was agreed,” spokesperson said in a statement.

During the meeting, Hovannisian agreed to make public statements, Arzumanyan said, adding that media reports stating the contrary are untrue.
