YEREVAN.- Ongoing post-election process in Armenia differs from previous ones, as for the first time in history the winner and runner-up in elections sat at negotiating table, political analyst Sergey Movsisyan said.

The expert is confident that talks gave newly re-elected president Serzh Sargsyan a chance to demonstrate legitimacy. As to post-election dismissals, Movsisyan noted they will have a positive effect and will lead to new political realities.

The ongoing processes may appear disappointing for those who expected that elections will not leave serious consequences, he added.
