YEREVAN. - The question of applying to the Constitutional Court will be discussed during the coming days, although today Nikol Pashinyan said that he is against , leader of Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian, who, according to the CEC received 36.75% of the votes, said during a press conference this Monday.

Hovannisian said, under the law, it is possible to apply to the Constitutional Court until March 2 and appeal the outcome of the presidential elections.

“We will discuss this issue and make a decision. These are rigged elections, and all the ballot-riggers are going to be punished. There is no way that I can recognize the results of these rigged elections."

Hovannisian also said that starting from tomorrow, he will tour the regions, where he intends to thank people for their support. The week will end by rallies in Liberty Square on February 28 and March 2, a request on which Yerevan municipality has noted.

“Our people have proven that they are not second-rate and weak-willed as they are considered by the authorities. On February 18 the people announced Armenia is their state, and the people are the rightful owners of it,” the opposition leader said.
