YEREVAN.- Leader of the opposition Heritage party, who was the runner-up in the presidential elections, addressed on Thursday the residents of Byureghavan town of Kotayk Region within the framework of his regional tour.

Hovannisian welcomed the residents, congratulating them on the victory. “Anyone who defends his rights and freedoms is already a winner,” he emphasized.

He called on people not to doubt that they are the winners. He promised that all who will dare violate the rights of citizens will be accountable before the law.

“Yes, we won. Even though I speak with an accent, but I think you get the point,” he told Byureghavan residents.
