YEREVAN.- Former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian will decide on appealing to the Constitutional Court on Sunday, he said during the Friday press conference in Liberty Square.

“The decision not to apply to the Constitutional Court will be discussed with the Armenian people and I will voice final decision on Sunday,” he said.

Commenting on parliamentary consultation of Heritage, Republican Party of Armenia and ARF Dashnaktsutyun, Hovannisian said he has no relation to that process.

“I am ready to welcome cooperation, if he [Serzh Sargsyan] has a proposal to recognize the national victory, and I am ready to listen to him. I have no relation to parliamentary talks,” he emphasized.

The opposition leader said parliamentary discussion is in the scope of Heritage faction.

“We will not give up the struggle which will allow recognizing people’s right. Mr. Abrahamyan [parliament speaker] is not the man whom I address. Let them continue debates in parliament, my interlocutor is Mr. Sargsyan. If he has something to say, I’ll listen,” Hovannisian noted.
