YEREVAN.- A fire broke out at Yerevan’s “Surmalu” fair on Friday morning.

A fire occurred about 8:28 pm, the fire was extinguished about 8:41, Emergency Ministry informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. Wooden structure and ceiling of one pavilion burnt down.

On Thursday morning Emergency Ministry was alerted that a roof and a wall of a house collapsed in Gyumri. It turned out that the collapse occurred under the weight of snow. A similar message came that evening - a wall of a house collapsed in Gyumri. It was found that the wall of the house, built in 1900, collapsed because of high level of ground water.
