YEREVAN.- State Treasury of precious metals and stones agency of the Armenian Ministry of Finance set the following prices for one gram of pure metal for the period of February 25-March 3:

Gold: purchase AMD 19,205.65 (-550.4), sell AMD 20,875.71 (-598.26),

Silver: purchase AMD 353.52 (-17.14), sell 384.26 (-18.63),

Platinum: purchase AMD 19,936.69 (-616.04), sell AMD 21,670.32 (-669.6),

Palladium: purchase AMD 8,997.38 (-165.86), sell AMD 9,779.76 (-180.72).

In the international market gold price reached $1,578 per troy ounce (31.1 gram). The price drop is conditioned by improving economic situation all over the globe which resulted in investors’ interest.
