YEREVAN.- Armenian parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan does not share opinion of the Heritage party that consultations with parliamentary factions were ruined.
“I do not think the consultations are over and, moreover, they are not ruined,” Abrahamyan told Yerkir.am correspondent. Speaker said they had repeatedly expressed readiness to negotiate and continue the debates.
Abrahamyan said he had offered to form a commission headed by Raffi Hovannisian to deal with the constitutional reforms which will discuss proposals of all political forces.
