YEREVAN.- State Treasury of precious metals and stones agency of the Armenian Ministry of Finance set the following prices for one gram of pure metal for the period of March 25 -March 31:

Gold: purchase AMD 19,882.18 (+434.6), sell AMD 21,611.07 (+472.4),

Silver: purchase AMD 357.34 (+2.53), sell 388.41 (+2.75),

Platinum: purchase AMD 19,493.70 (-22.47) sell AMD 21,188.80 (-24.43),

Palladium: purchase AMD 9,350.67 (-93.01), sell AMD 10,163.77 (-101.1).

In the international market gold price reached $1,610 per troy ounce (31.1 gram). Gold price was at some extent affected by Cyprus bailout. The agreement reached by the government of Cyprus, EU and International Monetary Fund resulted in lower interest in gold.
