YEREVAN.- The seventh meeting of Citizens’ Council, initiated by the opposition Heritage party, was held in Liberty Square on Tuesday.

Member of Heritage party Stepan Safaryan said the only way out of the current political situation is the return of power to people.

“President must not hint at the fact that several propositions contradict Armenia’s Constitution,” Safaryan said, adding that the only solution is to hold early parliamentary elections.

The authorities have one task— to lead the country out of crisis, take bold moves and listen to people. Otherwise, they will be faced with collapse.
