YEREVAN. – Rapid economic processes took place in Armenia in the past twenty-five years and, as a result, the country’s economic structure was formed spontaneously, PM Tigran Sargsyan stated during his talk on Friday with numerous businessmen.   

In his words, the government needs to take an active part in the formation of the economic structure. Armenia is conducting a policy of economic structure improvement for already three years and, as per Sargsyan, the results will be fully visible after ten years. That is to say, the real sector of Armenia’s economy will have numerous efficiently-operating enterprises, an optimal structure, and a proper oversight.  

Tigran Sargsyan also informed that the Government of Armenia is carrying out joint projects with enterprises from twelve branches of economy.
