YEREVAN. – The closer the day of the resignation of the Government of Armenia comes, the rumors circulating with respect to possible future staff appointments increase that much more, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reports.   

“Perhaps the latest conversation concerning personnel appointments refers to Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan.  

According to reliable information, [President] Serzh Sargsyan’s Chief of Staff, Vigen Sargsyan, will bid farewell to this post after his vacation. [And] rumors are circulating that Armen Ashotyan himself could replace him [in this job],” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
