YEREVAN.- Armenia’s capital is hosting the ninth International Shakespeare Festival named after Vahram Papazian.
This year the festival is dedicated to the memory of Shakespeare scholar Andrzej Zurowski, culture ministry said in a statement.
King John performance staged by Sundukyan national academic theatre will open the festival.
The festival starts on April 6 and will last till April 13.
