YEREVAN. – The second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, will be on hand, on Tuesday at capital city Yerevan’s Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex, at the official swearing-in ceremony of incumbent President and President-elect Serzh Sargsyan, Kocharyan’s office manager Victor Soghomonyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

But he noted that, in all likelihood, Armenia’s second President will attend the event without his wife, Armenia’s former First Lady Bella Kocharyan, since she is not in the country at the moment.
