YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 418.35/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Tuesday.

To note, the stock exchange saw no trading on Monday, and therefore the aforesaid exchange rate is an AMD 0.40 drop from the previous trading session on April 5.   

Tuesday’s sales totaled $4.85 million at the stock exchange.

At the cash foreign currency market of Armenia, the US dollar’s buying and selling exchange rates fluctuate at the AMD 417-420/$1 range, respectively, and the exchange offices have practically stopped buying the American national currency at AMD 418/$1.
