YEREVAN. – From among the residents of Armenian capital city Yerevan, it is primarily the women that most like Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan. Sociologist Aharon Adibekyan said this during a press conference on Thursday, and added that both married and single women are fond of him.    

“His relaxed, somewhat charming way of speaking, and his receding hairline make him appear a bit older, and this attracts [women],” Adibekyan maintained. 

The sociologist also expressed a view that there will be election bribe during the Yerevan Council voting, which is slated for May 5, and this bribe will be distributed by the political parties with money.  

To the remark that this mechanism did not work during the February 18 presidential election, Aharon Adibekyan responded as follows:

“It did not work because the President had said, ‘Help, but do not bribe!”

The sociologist stated that helping is not election bribe.
