YEREVAN. – Following the recent session of the executive body of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan had hinted about a change of two ministers in the next Government, Zhoghovurd daily reports.

“The RPA sources informed Zhogohovurd that one of the two ministers Abrahamyan hinted is Finance Minister Vache Gabrielyan, [and] the other [is] Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan. According to our information, Gabrielyan himself no longer wishes to hold [this] office because he is tired of [his] status as minister.

But the matter of Harutyunyan is different. According to the sources of Zhoghovurd, there is dissatisfaction with him and, now, he is actively meeting with a variety of circles, asking [them] to engage in [his] lobbying. [But] RPA neither denied nor confirmed the news about dismissing Harutyunyan, [and] said they have not yet discussed such matter,” Zhoghovurd writes.
