STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR)—or Artsakh—Defense Minister, Defense Army Commander, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan on Saturday received representatives from the Strategic Research Resource Center of the Armenian capital city Yerevan State University (YSU). 

The YSU representatives were visiting NKR within the framework of the cooperation program with the MOD, and to hold a training-seminar with the officer psychologists.  

The NKR Defense Army Commander welcomed the guests and expressed confidence that their visit to Artsakh will further improve the institution of officer psychologists in the Defense Army, NKR MOD press service informs.   

During the ensuing talk, Hakobyan responded to the queries of the guests.
