YEREVAN. – From the tactical point of view, Armenia’s opposition ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party will place the main emphasis on the large-scale campaigning of its program for the capital city Yerevan Council election—which is slated for May 5—, party MP Artsvik Minasyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In his words, during the campaign season the party members are presenting their outlook on Yerevan’s governance.

“We believe, with their level, content and substance, the Yerevan Council elections are political, [and] therefore we are attempting to present to our townsmen what they will gain if ARF wins,” Minasyan stressed.
