STEPANAKERT.- President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conducting the 2013 spring draft and demobilization of servicemen.
Under another decree, Colonel Komitas Karapetyan was relieved from the post of deputy head of the NKR Police in connection with assuming a new post.
According to another Presidential decree Police colonel Gagik Ghahramanyan was appointed deputy head of the NKR Police.
