YEREVAN.- Former Armenian FM, deputy from Prosperous Armenia Vartan Oskanian commented on the recent report on human rights issued by State Department.

“Armenian authorities must pay major attention to the document,” he said.

Commenting on the wording on Karabakh, Oskanian told reporters that the Armenian authorities must give an adequate response.

On April 20 State Department issued the 2012 Report on Human Rights Practices. The country report on Armenia said corruption and lack of transparency in government remain the most significant human rights problems in Armenia.
