STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan on Thursday signed a decree on dismissing Narine Narimanyan from the office of NKR Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, upon Narimanyan’s respective petition in connection with her assuming a new post.
With another presidential decree, Samvel Avanesyan was appointed NKR Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Central Information Department of the Office of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President informed.
