YEREVAN. – On the occasion of the Yerkrapah (Karabakh War Veteran) Day, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan awarded an order and medals to several people.
Guided by the Constitution of Armenia and pursuant to the country’s law on state awards, the President awarded Governor Surik Khachatryan of Syunik Region with the Order of the 2nd Degree Military Cross, and the Military Service Medal to several others.
