STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan on Wednesday signed a decree thereby appointing Artur Grigoryan First Assistant to the NKR President and relieving him from the post of Assistant to the NKR President.

With another presidential decree, Lilit Petrosyan was appointed Assistant to the NKR President, Central Information Department of the Office of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President informs.
