YEREVAN. – A delegation led by Rainer Lindner, the Executive Director of the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations of Germany, is in Armenia on an official visit between Tuesday and Saturday.

On late Wednesday evening, the delegation visited the Armenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in anticipation of further enhancing economic cooperation with Armenia.      

Chamber Executive Director Arayik Vardanyan briefed the guests on the current level and internal potential of goods circulation between Armenia and Germany.   

It was stated that the economic ties need to be enhanced, especially in Armenia’s regions, and as a specific domain of cooperation, the joint production of agricultural machinery was noted.
