YEREVAN. – The well-known offshore company in Cyprus, and one of whose shareholders is claimed to be Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, had opened on May 6, 2010, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reports.

“And where was Tigran Sargsyan on May 6, 2010? According to the Government of Armenia official website, on that day he traveled to the Czech Republic to attend the EPP [i.e., the European People’s Party] Bureau session.

[But] we could not clarify whether he traveled straight to the Czech Republic, or via Cyprus. We are unable to establish contact with the PM’s press secretary for already two days,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
