During its presidency in 2013, Switzerland will do its best to enhance political dialogue and strengthen confidence building measures in the OSCE area, Swiss foreign minister said.

Federal Councillor Didier Burkhalter, Foreign Minister of Switzerland, 2014 OSCE Chairmanship, and Ivan Mrkic, Foreign Minister of Serbia that will chair the Organization in 2015 presented priorities of their chairmanship in Vienna on Tuesday.

In his speech, Didier Burkhalter voiced support for the efforts of OSCE Minsk Group on settlement of the Karabakh conflict.

In his turn, Ivan Mrkic noted that protracted conflicts can be resolved provided there is enough political will and readiness to reach compromise.
